FTPI Digital, a media group in Latin America, has acquired Brazil-based advertising network Boo-box for an undisclosed amount.
In November 2010, Intel Capital, the corporate venturing unit of the US-listed chip maker, invested an undisclosed amount in Boo-box, which has also been backed by venture capital firm Monashees.
