China-based online education platform Jike Xueyuan has secured $22m in series B funding from SIG Asia, a subsidiary of trading and technology firm Susquehanna International Group, and venture capital firm BlueRun Ventures, QQ Tech reported on Monday.
Jike Xueyuan, which translates as ‘Geeks Collage,’ was launched earlier this year. The platform has over 300 classes which consist of video tutorials, teaching coding such as HTML and Java.
The new capital will be used to expand Jike’sproduct offering to more web development technologies.
