China-based logistics services provider Fuyoukache has raised RMB250m ($36m) in a series C round led by Legend Capital, an investment arm of conglomerate Legend Holdings, China Money Network reported on Thursday.
The round also featured logistics company Global Logistics Properties (GLP) as well as Zhen Fund, Eastern Bell Venture Capital and Avic Trust, a trust firm created by aerospace company Aviation Industry Corporation of China.
Additionally, GLP and Avic Trust reportedly supplied $43m in debt financing alongside the series C equity funding.
Established in 2014, Fuyoukache operates an online platform that connects long-distance lorry drivers with individuals, corporates and large third-party logistics providers. The company has partnered more than 30 logistics companies to date.
Fuyoukache previously received $15m in series B capital in April 2016 from Eastern Bell, which led the round, and GLP, which also provided $14m in financial credit to Fuyoukache in November.
Wu Yongming, a co-founder of e-commerce group Alibaba, had provided $9m in series A funding for the company the previous year.
