Capital One Ventures, a corporate venturing subsidiary of financial services firm Capital One, has participated in a $12.6m round for US-based customer documentation software developer Lightico, Tech.eu reported on Tuesday.
The round was led by venture capital firm Oxx and included Harmony Partners, Lool Ventures, Crescendo Venture Partners, Mangrove Capital Partners and Spinach Angels.
Lightico markets software that helps enterprise users collect forms, electronic signatures and documents from new customers. It plans to use the funding to secure more clients in sectors such as banking and insurance.
Lool Ventures led a seed round of undisclosed size for the company Lightico in March 2018 before returning for a $14.5m round in July 2019 also backed by Mangrove Capital Partners, Crescendo Venture Partners and Spinach Ventures.
