Brazil-based logistics service provider Loggi has raised R$50m ($14.3m) in funding from investors including Qualcomm Ventures, the corporate venture capital arm of mobile semiconductor produce Qualcomm, Fusões & Aquisições has reported.
Investment firm Dragoneer Investment Group and venture capital firm Monashees Capital also participated in the round, which followed approximately $4.2m in funding from Qualcomm Ventures and Monashees in September 2014.
Founded in 2013, Loggi provides a same-day urban delivery service that aims to improve on the speed of conventional couriers. The company has a network of more than 1,000 couriers and serves about 10,000 corporate clients.
