MIH Holdings, the electronic media arm of South Africa-based media group Naspers, is reported to be considering the acquisition of a stake in India-based online bus ticket agent RedBus, giving the firm a valuation of about $100m.
RedBus was founded in 2006 and is owned by holding company Pilani Soft Labs, whose investors include Helion Venture Partners, SeedFund and Inventus Capital.
