Invenergy Future Fund has been rebranded as Energize Ventures and closed a $150m fund that includes GE, Schneider Electric and WEC Energy as LPs.

Antai accesses corporates for funding

Mutua Madrileña and Banco Sabadell’s InnoCells unit provided half of a $23.2m round for Antai Venture Builder.

7 Global grows with ProSiebenSat.1 help

ProSiebenSat.1 has taken a 25% stake in a fund being raised by growth equity firm 7 Global Capital, which is halfway to its $150m target.

Naspers and Temasek are discussing an investment of $1bn in Ola that would value the ride-sharing firm at $7bn to $8bn.

SoftBank enters Opendoor with $400m

Real estate marketplace operator Opendoor has received $400m from SoftBank’s Vision Fund, which could be succeeded by a new $100bn fund every two or three years.

Shanxiuxia fixes series B funding

The Huishoubao-backed electronics repair service raised $11.7m at a $145m valuation in a round led by SanXiaXinTai Fund.

CapitalG joins Convoy for $185m series C

Trucking services platform Convoy increased its total funding to $265m in a CapitalG-led round that valued it at $1bn.
