Portadi, a US-based cloud app management technology startup and a graduate of Microsoft Ventures Accelerator, was acquired by cloud technology provider OneLogin yesterday for an undisclosed sum.
Founded in 2014, Portadi launched its cloud identity and access management system in February 2015 and graduated from software provider Microsoft’s Microsoft Ventures Accelerator, which does not take equity stakes in portfolio companies, four months later.
Portadi, which had been bootstrapped prior to the acquisition, will be rolled into OneLogin’s existing product offering, adding features such as the ability to launch apps directly from the browser extension or switch between accounts in the same service.
