Canada-based commerce and retail services provider OSF Commerce has completed a $23m funding round featuring Salesforce Ventures, the corporate venturing arm of enterprise software producer Salesforce.
Venture capital and private equity firm Delta-v Capital led the round, while Salesforce participated through the $100m Canada Trailblazer Fund it formed in May 2018.
OSF Commerce provides online merchants and retailers with commerce services, assisting with online shop management and technology deployment, and utilising cloud-based platforms such as Salesforce’s.
The company works with brands in the US, Europe and Asia, including game developer Ubisoft, home products retailer Bouclair, clothing producers Geox and Kal Tire, cosmetics manufacturer Markwins Beauty and furniture store operator Urban Barn.
