Corporate venture-backed software company Phreesia has extended its fourth round of funding by $4m to $20m.
Venture capital firm VantagePoint Venture Partners joined five other investors in backing Phreesia, a US-based provider of software for the doctor’s waiting room.
In May, Phreesia made the initial close of its series D round at $16m from a consortium led by Ascension Health Ventures, the $200m venture investment division of US medical company Ascension Health, and including BlueCross BlueShield Venture Partners, a $116m corporate venture fund representing a national federation of 39 independent BlueCross BlueShield companies, and venture capital firms Polaris Venture Partners, HLM Venture Partners and Long River Ventures
In total, Phreesia has raised $44.85m since its launch in 2005.
