Indonesia-based logistics tech platform Shipper has acquired two companies: warehousing solutions company Pakde and local delivery startup Porter for undisclosed amounts.
Shipper’s acquisition of Pakde, which is backed by TNKapital, a corporate venturing unit of local bus group, was first reported by DealStreetAsia in May.
Shipper is a portfolio company of global internet group Prosus Ventures, formerly Naspers Ventures, and VC firms Lightspeed, Floodgate, Y Combinator, Insignia Ventures, and AC Ventures.
