Randstad Innovation Fund (RIF), the corporate venturing unit launched by human resources (HR) firm Randstad, has led the seed round of undisclosed size in Focus Orange Technology to help develop the portfolio company’s Crunchr analytics platform.
Crunchr collects, validates and consolidates people data for strategic workforce planning, succession, talent management and employee preferences.
Linda Galipeau, Randstad executive board member, said: “We have high expectations of Crunchr’s HR-analytics tool and of its potential to give our clients insights in their human capital and workforce planning.”
Dirk Jonker, founding partner of Focus Orange and chief technology officer of Crunchr, added: “We are thrilled to have the financial support of Randstad Innovation Fund to accelerate the development of our custom modelling solution Crunchr Next, and to scale up deployment in western Europe and the US.”
RIF has invested in 7 portfolio companies since its launch in March 2014.
