Two technology investors are reportedly to start an accelerator to gain corporate venturing backing to fund its entrepreneurs and provide other support to them.
Shervin Pishevar, a partner at venture capital firm Menlo Ventures, and Scott Stanford, a banker at investment bank Goldman Sachs, plan to launch Sherpa, news provider Fortune said.
Pishevar will remain as a venture adviser with Menlo, where he had been responsible for launching the firm’s seed-stage investing programme.
