Israel-based cybersecurity software provider Silverfort has received $11.5m in its series A round, from a consortium including Singtel Innov8, telecommunications firm Singtel’s corporate venturing unit.
The round was led by venture capital firm TLV partners and also featured StageOne Ventures, the VC firm that joined Singtel Innov8 and various angel investors for Silverfort’s $2.5m seed round in 2016.
Founded in 2016, Silverfort has developed cybersecurity technology that authenticates users, devices and resources across a range of platforms. It will use the series A proceeds to further develop its software platform.
Hed Kovetz, Silverfort’s co-founder and chief executive, said: “Silverfort introduces the next generation of authentication solutions, seamlessly enabling strong authentication everywhere without any modifications to endpoints and servers.
“We are receiving amazing reactions from the market and plan to use the new investment to meet this demand.”
