CatCap Corporate Finance, a Germany-based boutique merchant bank, and DuMont Venture, the corporate venturing unit of Germany-based media group M DuMont Schauberg, are selling their shares in local youth travel provider Solegro.
@Leisure, a Netherlands-based providers of accommodation, holiday homes and hotels in Europe, is acquiring CatCap and DuMont’s stakes.
DuMont Venture and CatCap had bought into Solegro, which was founded by Nils Regge, in March 2010.
