Discoverly, a US-based social enterprise tool developer, has raised $750,000 in its seed round from a consortium including enterprise software-as-a-service provider Salesforce.
Venture capital firms Atlas Venture, Bessemer Venture Partners and Great Oaks VC and angels Jim Patterson, MJ Elmore and Howard Lindzon also invested, according to news provider TechCrunch.

Salesforce has been expanding its portfolio and now has Eric Darwin in its corporate development office to manage its deals. Darwin by email said there had been “no change in strategy.
