US-based technology company Cisco has helped CTERA Networks, a US-based cloud storage company, raise its latest round. Although terms were undisclosed, CTERA raised about $15m, according to news provider Globes.
Cisco was joined in the funding by venture firm Venrock, which led the round, and venture firm Benchmark Capital. Benchmark previously led CTERA’s series A round in 2009.
Venrock partner Ray Rothrock is joining Ctera’s board. Ctera said it had seven consecutive quarters of double-digit revenue growth and it reached more than 100,000 business end-users, primarily in North America and Europe.
