Terminus Software, a US-based marketing platform developer backed by inbound sales and marketing software provider Hubspot, has secured $11m in funding according to a regulatory filing.
Founded in 2014, Terminus has created a software platform that helps businesses target corporate customers more effectively, in addition to an analytics tool for account-based marketing.
The company has now raised $30.6m in total, including a $10.6m series B round in May 2017 that was co-led by Atlanta Ventures and Edison Partners and backed by HubSpot, Hyde Park Venture Partners, Arthur Ventures, Knoll Ventures, High Alpha, Vine St Ventures, Jay Baer and Jill Rowley.
Hyde Park Venture Partners, Arthur Ventures and Knoll Ventures all contributed to the series B round as existing backers, and the company’s earlier backers include angel investors Tim Kopp and David Cummings.
